EMMA ELNAUGH
Managing Director
Emma Elnaugh joined Horsham Matters in May 2018. Emma has responsibility for the strategic development of the charity including the continuous improvement and progression of our services to the most vulnerable residents of Horsham whilst ensuring the sustainability of the Charity.
MIKE PELL
Operations Manager
Mike Pell joined Horsham Matters in December 2018. Mike works closely with the Managing Director, supporting many aspects of the charity from long term strategy to day to day business. He is also responsible for online sales, our social media and the logistics team consisting of James G, Dan and James K.
PAULA DALY
Community Fundraiser
Paula Daly is our Community Fundraiser. Paula supports the charity to raise funds through events, grant applications as well as visiting groups and organisations to promote our work. If you are taking part in a bike ride, marathon or other sponsored event please contact Paula.

KATHRYN MCCARTHY
Community Support Lead
Kathryn McCarthy joined Horsham Matters in December 2017 and is the Community Support Lead, her role is to work directly with our clients, partner agencies and our in-house team of staff and volunteers to ensure sensitive and timely support for those facing hardship, including the provision of the Foodbank.
KAREN MERRINER
Community Fundraising Assistant
Karen joined us in October 2019. Karen supports the Operations Manager by arranging collections and deliveries. Also helps manage the warehouse volunteers and deals with enquiries
JEREMY LAWLER
Retail Supervisor
Jez joined us last year as Retail Supervisor. He works alongside our volunteers to ensure that our Charity Shop is well stocked and looks great too.
TRACY PATTERSON
Retail Supervisor
Tracy joined us last year, she works alongside our volunteers. Tracy has a fantastic passion for visual merchandising.
